My telephone inquiry for a 10th annual service on my GT was professionally answered by a friendly and patient receptionist who was accommodating to my schedule. The subsequent collection and execution of my service was excellent with regular updates and timely completion. My collection was greeted with my car clean and polished inside and out, shining in the middle of their stunning and immaculate workshop. I would rate The Prasads Automotive 10/10 for all round service.

Having seen The Prasads Automotive website I was confident their service would be good and so I contacted them, spoke with Matthew, with whom I was very impressed, and asked them to collect my car resolve a few issues and advise on a few points with regards to the interior leather and exterior paint work. Having collected the car they came back to me with advice and an emailed quote of recommendations. I found them to be considerably reasonable and authorised the work. Three weeks later I collected my Bentley I was stunned at the mirror finished paint work, spotless alloy wheels looked brand new, as did the fantastic leather work. My 6 year old GT looks and feels brand new. Very impressive! .

The Prasads Automotive are excellent value for money and more importantly, honest! Considering that I am quite young to have a nice big car like a Bentley GTC, I am extremely grateful. Even after I had paid they took time out and went through the all the fine details of my car. Their quality of service was impeccable! Even their coffee was praise worthy.

Great customer service! Despite last minute request and tight schedule, these were met with a real 'can-do' attitude! They inspected and repaired my Bentley Continental GT and handed it over back on time and immaculately detailed for free! I didn't recognise my Bentley when presented to me, as it looked so pristine.

The service from start to finish was fantastic. Their workshop is of a very high standard and very clean and calm. I felt confident in their expertise as David talked me through his lifelong learned knowledge of cars and his extensive 27 years of experience in the Rolls Royce and Bentleys cars. They carried out my service and did several minor items free of charge combined with their low labour rates my overall bill was so much lower that my previous service bills.

I have finally found a place to send my classic collectables. With my old cars, finding somewhere with the skill and knowledge to even carryout servicing and repairs is hard. Five minutes talking with Mr. Prasad you know he is capable to look after your rarest and most valuable motors.
