Much of Ivor's time spent at Bentley Motors Ltd has been occupied by training dealer technicians in vehicle repair and offering highly technical support to dealers in the diagnosis and repair of complex vehicle problems on a global scale.
David Prasad joined Jack Barclay Ltd in 1988 as a technician and progressed to master technician status, responsible for problem resolution, moving into supervisory roles, workshop control, warranty claim preparation, workshop management, managing car sales preparation, managing workshop training and development and for the latter years served as workshop technical manager liaising between the factory and the aftersales team supporting the front line staff, the sales department and the workshop team.

At The Prasads Automotive Ltd. clients are able to speak to us personally and discuss their requirements, faults and concerns. On completion of repair or service, we will be walking the client or their agent through the work carried out. No additional work is carried out without our client or their agent's consent and authorisation.
